The dataset contains a list of all pregnancies ending in Scotland affected by a major congenital condition as defined by EUROCAT and CARDRISS.
This means all live-born babies diagnosed within the first year of life, spontaneous miscarriages and stillbirths occurring at 20 weeks gestation or over, and pregnancies terminated at any gestation that were affected by a major structural or chromosomal condition or recognised syndrome.
Pregnancies ending between 2000 and 2020 are included.
