PI APPROVED NAME
Drug item's approved name as it appears on the latest edition of the BNF
PI PRESCRIBABLE ITEM NAME
The name of the prescribable item could be generic or proprietry
PI ITEM STRENGTH/UOM
Prescribable item's strength and unit of measure e.g. mg, ml.
