Join Research Data Scotland (RDS) at this year’s Dundee Science Festival for Superbug Showdown: Data vs. Microbes! where data meets infectious disease research through hands-on activities
RDS will be at this year’s Dundee Science Festival! We’ll be attending alongside the Health Informatics Centre (HIC) and the Universities of Dundee and St Andrews, with free, family friendly activities exploring how data supports infectious disease research.
Join us for Superbug Showdown: Data vs. Microbes! where you’ll learn about antimicrobial resistance through two hands on activities. Take on a Lego challenge to investigate how bacteria become resistant to antibiotics, and get creative by designing your own bacterial supervillain using real data insights.
These interactive activities are suitable for all ages and are included with festival entry.
Festival Dates: 7 - 22 February
RDS Exhibiting: 14 and 15 February
